  • Chicken Sorrento - Sautéed chicken cutlet in a light parmesan cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh herbs and button mushrooms, served on a bed of fettuccini pasta, with green beans.
  • Chicken Parmigiana - Sautéed white meat of chicken with our own marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. Served with pasta.
  • Chicken Caesar Salad - Traditional Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken strips, croutons and tomato wedge.
  • Turkey & Dressing - White meat of turkey served on homemade stuffing, with whipped potatoes, gravy, peas and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
  • Baked Salmon - Fresh fillet of salmon, topped with a creamy roasted red pepper sauce and served on bed of fettuccini with whole buttered green beans.
